Chic Geek?

Here I am - the HGIC (head geek in charge). ! My name is LaToya and I am the owner of this little slice of internet real estate. Chic Geek Apparel was founded in 2016 out of my love for fashion, sarcasm, & comfortable t-shirts. 

Little known fact (to you) but I am a trained machine! Seriously, I was in the Navy for 11 years believe it or not. My time there allowed me to travel around the world and experience all sorts of craziness - which has no doubt translated over into my business. I love to experiment and try new designs, but I am also extremely thorough and detail oriented which makes for great quality control. This could be attributed to OCD rather than the military...but who am I to question what works?! 

With degrees in Visual Communications and Business Management from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, I am well equipped to make visually appealing creations and run a fabulous business. 

I hope to make a name for myself in the apparel world....well, a bigger name anyway. Iā€™m already famous in my own mind. šŸ¤“
